Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polres Minahasa menggelar Rekonstruksi Kasus penganiayaan yang mengakibatkan lelaki Lerry Kapoh meninggal dunia, awal tahun 2021 lalu di Desa Toraget kecamatan Langowan.
Pelaksanaan Rekon tersebut, dipimpin langsung Kasat Reskrim AKP Sugeng Wahyudi Santoso, SH,SIK di halaman uji SIM Mako Polres Minahasa, Rabu (13/1/2021) siang tadi.
Dalam Rekonstruksi tersebut, digelar sebanyak 24 adegan yang diperankan langsung Lima (5) tersangaka yakni lelaki CR alias Chan (23), RRS alias Ica (22), RRM alias Kiki (29), IAK alias Ayen (24), dan VK alias Alen (21). Sedangkan tersangka lainnya WLR alias Babong tidak dihadirkan karena masi dalam perawatan medis.
Kapolres Minahasa AKBP Henzly Moningkey SIK MSi melalui Kasat Reskrim, AKP Sugeng Wahyudi Santoso, SH,SIK mengatakan pelaksanaan rekon tersebut adalah salah satu pesyaratan untuk kelengkapan berkas dalam penyelidikan.
“Pelaksanaan Rekonstruksi tersebut berjalan aman dan kondusif, karena pelaku lakukan pro aktif dalam adegan tersebut sesuai kejadian,”pungkasnya.
